In addition to completing admissions requirements first-time freshman must also complete additioanal requirements to register for courses.

Individuals enrolling must comply with the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) testing requirements.  The TSI requires students to be assessed in reading, writing, and math prior to college enrollment.  First-time freshman must take an approved TSI assessment test such as the COMPASS or THEA, or other state-approved assessment – prior to enrolling unless exempt.
